for Bouillon:
1 qt beef or chicken broth
1 cup tomato puree or 3/4 cup tomato paste
2 T sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

For Horseradish Cream:
1/2 cup whipped cream (whipping cream only nothing added)
1/2 t horseradish, or to taste

For Bouillon:
Combine all ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with then lemon slice or horseradish cream

For Horseradish Cream:
fold horseradish into whipped cream and spoon a small amount on each serving to garnish.

Variation:
Add 1/2 cup finely chopped sauteed mushrooms to bouillon.
