1 medium head cabbage
⅓ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vinegar
¼ tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage into 8 wedges, removing core. Cover and cook in a small amount of boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well; arrange wedges on a serving platter. Combine mayonnaise and milk in a small saucepan; stirring until smooth; stir in vinegar, sugar, and mustard. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Spoon over cabbage wedges. Serves 8.
