16 small new potatoes (2 pounds)
1½ tsp. Creole seasoning
¼ c. margarine, melted
½ c. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into quarters; place in a steamer rack over boiling water. Cover and steam 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Transfer potatoes to a bowl, and sprinkle with Creole seasoning. Add margarine and chopped parsley; toss, coating potatoes thoroughly. Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired. Serves 8
