2 10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cut green beans
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
½ c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions; drain. Add green beans, cheese, mayonnaise and onion; mix well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2 quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs over top, and drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
