Curried Cauliflower Recipe

1 medium cauliflower *
½ tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
½ c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. curry
¼ c. breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into flowerets (about 3 cups). Cook in boiling water to cover with ½ teaspoon salt or until tender; drain. Arrange cauliflower in a lightly greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Stir together soup, cheese, mayonnaise, margarine and curry powder and pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6

* If desired, substitute 1 (16 oz.) package of frozen cauliflower, thawed.
