4 medium baking potatoes
½ c. milk
4 tbsp. margarine
½ c. sour cream
¾ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes at 400° until done, approximately 1 hour. Remove from oven. Cut a lengthwise slice from the top of each potato to form a shell. Scoop out the inside of each potato and mash. Add milk, butter, sour cream and season to taste. (You may need to adjust the amounts of milk, butter and sour cream added based on the size of the potatoes). Beat until fluffy and spoon mixture lightly into potato shells. Place in baking dish and return to 400° oven for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.

Potatoes may be served plain or with a variety of added items such as: crisp cooked crumbled bacon, grated cheese or chopped ham. Serves 4.
