4 pounds of pork ribs , with fat trimmed and cut into serving portions
1 large onion chopped fine (white or red onion)
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a huge pot. Cover with water and boil for 1 hour.
Remove ribs and place in a large roaster. In a medium bowl mix onion, ketchup, water, vinegar, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and pour evenly over ribs. Bake covered at 350F for 1 hour. Remove lid stir up the ribs and sauce and bake for 15 more minutes.
I like to serve the ribs hot with a vegetable stir fry and rice.

These ribs are so tender that they fall off the bone. Absolutely delicious!
