9 inch baked pie crust
3/4 c raisins covered with warm water that will be drained.
3/4 c sugar
4 1/2 T flour
1/4 t salt
2 c sour cream can use commercial
3 egg yolks beaten
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in heavy saucepan the sugar, flour and salt- then add the sour cream and 1/4 cup milk. Stir to thicken over low heat. Slowly add egg yolks and spices. Cook until it begins to boil. Remove from heat. Add the just drained raisins and 1 t vanilla. Put in the pie shell and cool 10 min before putting on the meringue and baking it.at 350. Watch closely not to burn the meringue.
