64 oz drained pineapple chunks
2C sugar
1C flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2C shredded cheddar
1/2C softened butter
4oz Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple chunks with sugar, flour, cinnamon and cheddar cheese. Pour into a 9X12 baking pan and top with crushed Ritz crackers mixed with softened butter.

Bake 375º for 45 minutes
