4-5 lb beef brisket
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-2 cups water
1 cup or so Barbeque sauce of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Remove any fat from brisket. Marinate in liquid smoke and spices over night. Preheat oven to 250º F. Add water to brisket, cook slowly for 6 hours. The last hour, drain, slice against the grain and cover with barbeque sauce. Return to oven to cook the last hour.
