2 cups milk
1 cup shredded American cheese
3 cups herb-seasoned croutons
1 package (10 oz) frozen broccoli, thawed
4 beaten eggs
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, heat and stir milk and cheese until blended. Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs in mixing bowl. Add croutons, broccoli and salt; mix well. Put into greased 1½ quart casserole. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.
