1 lb rhubarb-washed and cut
1 1/3 c water
1 C sugar
2 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil, add rhubarb and sugar and boil until tender. Mix cornstarch with small amount of water, stir in and bring to a boil again. Cool covered and serve with cream or milk.
