2 cups balsamic vinegar
1 3/4 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced-or to taste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir until all the ingredients are incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Simmer over low heat (constantly stirring).
