3-4 lbs spareribs, country style ribs or button bone ribs
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 stalks chopped celery
1 large chopped onion
3-4 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
14 oz can of stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the ribs into individual size pieces.
Place the flour in a plastic bag and coat the pieces of ribs.
Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the rib sections on both sides, approx. 12 minutes.
Place in a pot or roaster and cover with about 2 cups of water. Cover tightly and cook in a 350º oven for 2 hrs.

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions, celery and garlic until the onions are transparent.

Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Remove the ribs from the pot and add the vegetables and the sauce to the pot. Mix well and add the pork to the pot. Return pot to the over and cook for one more hour.

Serve over cooked spaghetti or rice.
