3 lbs soaked lutefisk
salt and water

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and cut up fish. Place pcs close together in cheese cloth and sprinkle with salt. Place on a rack. Bring slowly to boiling and simmer 10-15 min. When ready, drain and remove to hot platter. Always serve with salt and pepper, mustard, boiled potatoes, melted butter and White gravy. May also be served with green peas.
