4 lb rack pork baby back ribs
1/4 c Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Brown Sugar and Hickory BBQ sauce
1/3 c dark brown sugar
1 T paprika
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 salt
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp ground oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and rub over the surface of the ribs. Place ribs in a crockpot standing on their edge (bones vertical) with meaty side to center, wrapping them around inside the crockpot. Do not add any water or any other liquid. Cook on high for 5 hours, then on low for 2 hours. Remove from crockpot and brush with BBQ sauce.
