6 pork chops (lean and boneless are best)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup milk (more for thinner "gravy")
1 can French fried onion rings
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in a skillet (no flour needed). Line bottom of a baking dish with the browned pork chops. Stir soup, sour cream and milk together (with salt and pepper to taste), and pour mixture over the chops. Sprinkle French fried onion rings on top and bake, covered with foil, at 350º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until hot and bubbly and chops seem tender when pierced with a fork. Serve over rice.
