4 Pans of cornbread
9 ho-made biscuits
8 slices of white bread
6 raw eggs
2 sticks of butter
2 hens boiled (save the broth)
2 tablespoons of sage seasoning
2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 stalk celery chopped
3-4 white onions chopped

Directions:
Directions:
After hens are done. De-bone and cut up into pieces and save the broth.
Mix breads together and add the broth ( make sure the broth is warm so the butter will melt ). Add onions and celery. Add both sticks of butter. Add sage and poultry seasoning. Add raw eggs. Mix together good. Pour into baking pans. Place pieces of chicken into the dressing. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
