1 - 8 pound choice fresh brisket of beef
Unseasoned meat tenderizer
2 2/3 cups ketchup
1 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Salt and pepper
6 dashes Tabasco sauce
18 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Place meat in pan and sprinkle with unseasoned meat tenderizer. Mix following ingredients and add to beef. Bake at 270 degrees for 1 hour. Increase oven to 325 degrees. Bake 3 to 4 hours until done. Baste occasionally. When sauce thickens, add water. Remove from sauce and chill overnight in refrigerator. Slice thin and return to sauce for heating at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
