Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground breakfast sausage (we like spicy)
8 hard boiled eggs, shelled
1 package Shake-n-Bake

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each pound of sausage into quarters, for 8 portions. Flatten each portion of sausage, place the hard boiled egg in the patty and wrap to completely cover the egg. Put sausage covered egg in bag and coat with Shake-n-Bake. Place coated eggs on a baking rack on cookie sheet. Bake at 425ºF for 20 minutes, turn over and bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes. Cool, slice and eat.

These are intended to be chilled over night ... but we usually can't wait that long. They're good warm too!
