2 T rounded cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, sugar, and salt, Mix well.
Then add part of the milk and then yolks, mixing well before adding rest of milk.
Cook to boiling point, then add vanilla. Stir several times, while cooling

chocolate - add 2 T cocoa to dry ingredients:
butterscotch - 1 cup brown sugar in place of white sugar
