Boneless,skinless,chicken breasts
Flaky crescent dinner rolls ( any brand )
Pepper cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
Optional Ingredients
1 slice jalapeno pepper when rolling chicken or
Add one slice of green chilies to sauce or
Add one can of rotel tomatoes to sauce.

Directions:
Boil,bake or grill chicken breast (season in all cases). Completely cool. Cut chicken into 2-3 long strips. Use larger strips for main entree. Smaller strips for appetizers. Wrap each chicken strip with one crescent roll ( if using a small amount of chicken-one crescent roll can be used for 2 strips of chicken.) Put side by side in 11 x 13 baking dish.Cover with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375* for 1 hour or until done.
