2 medium onions
3 stalks celery
1 bell pepper
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can cream of celery soup
10-15 lbs.shelled, deveined shrimp (2-3 packs of de-boned chicken)
1 large block (box) velveeta cheese
2 quarts 1/2 and 1/2 milk
2 box fettuccine ( approximately, you be the judge)
Chopped green onions, to be added to mixture after cooked

Directions:

chop onions,celery, and bell pepper and saute in butter,on medium heat in a large pot till tender. Add cream of mushroom soup,celery soup,and milk to seasonings. Cut cheese into small cubes and add to mixture stirring continuously so that cheese does not stick. Once the cheese melts and mixture cooks 30-40 minutes,add shrimp and continue cooking. You do not want to over cook the shrimp. Add chopped onions.
In a separate pot,boil fettuccine until tender. Drain and add to mixture. Season to taste with salt,pepper,lemon pepper, and other seasonings you wish to add.
