2 cups elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 cup whole kernel corn
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepot, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Stir in the elbow marcaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Stir in taco mix, tomato sauce, and the tomato sauce can of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir occassionally. Drain the macaroni. In a large bowl, stir the meat mixture and macaroni together. Add the corn and 1 cup of the cheese. Pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture bubbles.
