1 (21 oz. ) can cherry pie filling
1 (14 oz.) Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds,toasted
1 cup frozen whipped topping,thawed
1/8 tsp. almond extract
Sliced almonds,toasted for topping if desired

You will need 14 or 15 paper muffin cups with fluted edge or 14 or 15 custard cups. In a medium bowl, combine pie filling and Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk. Stir in slivered almonds,whipped topping, and almond extract. Spoon mixture into paper muffin cups or custard cups. Cover with plastic wrap or foil. Place in freezer until firm (2-3 hours). To serve,peel paper from cups and arrange on small plate,top with sliced almonds if desired. If using custard cups,serve directly from the cups and top with sliced almonds.
