1 Pkg. smoked sausage
1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tomato sauce can of water
1 small can chopped black olives
1 cup uncooked white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage and brown with chopped onion in heavy skillet. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in rice. Pour all into a greased casserole dish. Cooked covered 1 hour at 350º.
