1 bunch chopped Green Onions
1 stick Butter or Margarine
1 pound Crawfish Tails (Frozen, cleaned, cooked)
1 pint Fat-Free Hal and Half cream
2 cans whole Corn (drained)
2 cans Cream of Potato Soup
8 oz. block Fat-Free Cream Cheese
Creole Seasoning to taste

In a Dutch Oven sauté green onions in melted butter. Add all other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
