1 c. peanut butter (I use crunchy!)
1 c. Splenda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix peanut butter and Splenda. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Roll cookies into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Dip fork in Splenda and make criss-cross on each ball of cookie dough. Bake about 12 minutes.
