1 bag of coleslaw mix
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1 can bean sprouts
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
hot sauce
Tony's
cayenne pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat, drain grease. Add vegetables except the bean sprouts. Cook until all is soft and combined. Add the bean sprouts for the last two minutes.

Place in wrappers and roll using package directions.

Cook in hot grease fryer until brown.
