2 lbs. long macaroni
1 1/2 stick of butter
1 - 8 c. bag of shredded cheddar cheese
24 slices of Velveeta
2 cans evaporated milk
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta al dente, strain and rinse.
Layer 1/2 noodles salt and pepper.
Dab 3/4 stick butter.
Layer Velveeta cheese (don't touch edge).
Sprinkle half of cheddar cheese.
Repeat second layer.
Mix 4 eggs and milk with salt and pepper.
Slowly pour over top.
Gently cover with aluminum foil, so it doesn't stick.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour toward the top of oven.
Check and cook for additional 30 minutes. Usually takes about 2 hours.
