1 large box of penne pasta
1/2 stick of butter
2 large bags of finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 small box Velveeta cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta, drain and rinse. Mix the egg and milk together and set aside. Place 1/2 the pasta in a large square dish and mix with 1/2 of the melted Velveeta, then layer half the shredded cheese, place 1/2 the butter around sparingly, then pour 1/2 of the milk/egg mixture over the top-then REPEAT with the rest of the ingredients.

Bake at 350º uncovered for 30 - 40 minutes.
