4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
dash pepper
2 tbsp. margarine
paprika (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, onion, salt, parsley and pepper in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with margarine. Microwave on high, covered, 10 - 12 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring twice.

Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
