For cake:
1 ½ c sugar
15-oz can pumpkin
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt

For frosting:
2 packages (total 6 0z) cream cheese, softened
½ c butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 ½ c confectioner’s sugar
24 candy pumpkins

Cake:
Beat sugar, pumpkin, oil and eggs
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
Gradually add to pumpkin mixture, and mix well
Pour batter into a greased 15x10x1” baking pan
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until inserted toothpick comes out clean; cool

Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth
Gradually beat in confectioner’s sugar
Spread over cake and garnish with candy pumpkins
Cover and refrigerate until serving
