Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning (I use McCormick)
salt and pepper to your taste
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small pkg. shredded 4-cheese mix (or your favorite cheese)
1 small jar pizza sauce
1 pkg. pepperoni, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9' pie plate with Pam Cooking Spray. Mix cream cheese and seasonings. Spread in the bottom of the pie plate. Mix both packages of shredded cheese together, and layer half of it over the cream cheese. Pour the jar of pizza sauce over the cheese and top with the remaining shredded cheese mixture. Top with pepperoni. Note: I place my pepperoni on a paper plate or paper towel and microwave for at least 25 seconds, then pat dry before I chop it. This takes out most of the oil.)

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Dip with your favorite snack cracker or chip. You can double or triple this recipe using a 9x13" casserole dish. Adjust the cooking time as such.
