Classic cookie dough recipe
3/4 C Cashews, finely chopped

Directions:
Mix classic cookie dough recipe together with cashews and flour. Follow classic cookie dough recipe, cutting into 1x3" bars with knife or decorative cutter. In a small saucepan set over low heat, melt 20 unwrapped soft caramel squares with 1/4 whipping cream (35%), stirring occasionally. Let mixture cool to room temp, then drizzle over cookies. Sprinkle 1 tsp sea salt and 1/4 C roughly chopped and roasted cashews overtop and let set before serving.
