1 lb. lean ground beef
½ cup water
1 pkg. dry Taco seasoning mix
1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
1-16 oz. can chili style beans, drained
3 tomatoes, chopped
4 stalks celery, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 cup sweet onion, diced
1 lb. medium cheddar cheese, shredded
1- 7 oz. bag Taco flavored Doritos, coarsely crumbled
8 oz. Catalina salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
On medium heat in a 10 inch skillet, finely crumble ground beef. Add water and brown. Add seasoning mix and simmer for 10 minutes. In large serving bowl, toss rest of ingredients, add warm meat and serve. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
