8 cups apples pealed and sliced (about 6 cooking apples)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup flour
2 cups oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon. Combine dry ingredients. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes, or until apples are soft.
