Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. oil
2-3 pound pork loin
1 can French Onion soup
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place oil in a frying pan and brown the pork loin on all sides. You are not cooking the loin, just giving it a nice browning. Mix the remaining ingredients in your slow cooker. Place browned loin in slow cooker and baste all sides with the sauce. Cook on low of 8-9 hours.

Remove pork from cooker and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Turn slow cooker to high and cook sauce for another 15 minutes with the lid off, this will allow the sauce to thicken. After letting loin sit, take 2 forks and shred the pork. Return pork to sauce and mix well.
