3 slices bacon chopped
1 Onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
2 carrots chopped
1/2 lb meat (round steak) small cubes
28oz can chopped tomatoes
8 cups chicken broth ( 3 cans)
Lg can of kidney beans drained
Bay leaf
Salt
Pepper
Kitchen bouquet
Frozen, peas, corn, green beans
1/2 Cup macaroni (what ever you like)

Brown bacon remove from pan
Brown meat small amount at a time so it browns not steams and remove as it's done
Add onion and sweat about 5 minutes, add garlic until fragrant 1 more minute.
Add carrots, tomatoes, chicken broth, kidney beans, bay leaf, salt and pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet. Simmer 1 1/2 hours

Then add 1/2 cup frozen corn, 1/2 cup frozen peas, 1/2 cup frozen green beans, 1/2 cup macaroni, cook until macaroni is almost done. (you can add more of each veg if you'd like) Take out bay leaf, and add fresh spinach

Sprinkle on parmesan when serving

Add cooked Macaroni and Spinach to bowls as the soup will keep better without if you aren't going to eat it all at one sitting
