Hard boil 1 dozen eggs

Add:
1 tbls dried parsley
2 tbls of yellow mustard
1 tbls Mayo
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper (white) 1 tsp
1 tsp of white vinegar
Mix well, if too thick add more mustard should be the constancy of mashed potato's
Put in a ziplock bag, cut one corner and squeeze into egg whites
Sprinkle with paprika

Peel,
Cut eggs in half lengthwise
Take out yolk put in bowl.
Any eggs that didn't peel well you can throw out the white or use on a salad chopped but keep the yolk.
Add to yolks

2 T of yellow mustard,
1 T Mayo,
Salt 1 tsp,
Pepper (white) 1 tsp,
1 tsp of white vinegar
