2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup
1/2 cup buttermilk
juice of 1 lemon
zest of 1 lemon
1 cup grated zucchini

Lemon Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease and flour 9x5 loaf pan. In large bowl, blend all ingredients together, pour into loaf pan at bake for 45 minutes or til done. Cool in pan 10 minutes then move to rack to cool completely. When cooled, top with glaze.
