1-No. 2½ can sauerkraut, well drained
1 green pepper & red sweet pepper
¼ c. chopped onion(5 or 6 green onions)
½ cup celery
DRESSING
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
You must use exact amounts called for in this recipe to be good.

UPDATE: No. 2½ size can is 3½ cups approximately(29 oz). So I opted for a 32 oz. jar. I also chopped the vegetables finely and used a large serving bowl, to mix together the salad ingredients. Set aside. In a small bowl or shaker with a tight lid mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over salad ingredients, mix well cover and chill until ready to serve. Serves about 6 to 8.
