1 C celery
½ C chopped onion
1 C margarine
¾ C flour
½ T poultry seasoning
1 T salt
¾ C dry bread crumbs
1 qt. broth
1 C nonfat dry milk
6 C cooked rice
3 chicken, diced
2-3 C grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Start cooking the rice.
2. Preheat oven to 425˚.
3. Saute celery, onion, and margarine.
4. Blend in flour, seasoning, and salt.
5. Add bread crumbs, broth, and dry milk. Cook until mixture thickens.
6. Mix with rice, chicken, and cheese.
7. Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
