1/3 cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup margarine
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ¾ cups flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Hershey kisses, unwrapped
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350˚.
2. Cream together the peanut butter, sugar, margarine, and brown sugar.
3. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
4. Sift together remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and add to wet ingredients. Mix well.
5. Roll cookies into small balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place balls on cookie sheet and press a kiss into the center of each.
6. Bake cookies for 6 minutes.
