2 bunches fresh spinach, or 1-10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
¼ cup red onion, diced finely
DRESSING
½ cup sugar
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup cider vinegar
2 T. toasted sesame seeds
1 T. poppy seeds
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In large serving bowl toss together salad ingredients, cover and refrigerate. In shaker container mix together dressing ingredients and shake well. Leave at room temperature until ready to serve. Just before serving, shake dressing well and pour over salad ingredients and serve. Serves 8 to 10.
