1 C peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 C granulated sugar, sifted
1/3 C light corn syrup
1/3 C water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat peanut butter in double boiler or microwave. It should be warm when added to cooked syrup.
2. Lightly grease sides of pan.
3. Add sugar, syrup, and water over low heat. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
4. With damp paper towel, wash down sides to syrup.
5. Bring to a boil, then cook on medium low without stirring to 310˚or hard crack.
6. Remove form heat. Add warm peanut butter. Blend thoroughly.
7. Quickly pour into greased pan. Spread to ½ inch.
8. Scour deeply into 1 inch squares.
9. Cool; turn out and break into pieces.
