Tyson pork tenderloin (unseasoned, 2 in pkg)
4-6 slices of bacon
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 T coarsely chopped onion
2 T apple cider vinegar
1/4 t pepper
3 T sugar
3 minced garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Place tenderloins side by side in large roasting pan. Wrap bacon around each tucking ends under meat. Combine soy sauce, onion, vinegar, pepper and sugar. Pour over meat. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours, covered. Baste often with juices. Can be marinated or cooked immediately.
