2 tbsp olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 - 28 oz canned plum tomatoes
12 can tomato paste
28 oz can tomato sauce
Seasonings to taste
About ½ tbsp sugar
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients in a dutch oven. Add garlic and lightly brown. Add tomato paste and sauté in oil for a few minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce and seasonings. Simmer two hours on low heat.
