1 large head cabbage, shredded
4 carrots, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, onion, salt and pepper. Heat sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed to boil. Pour over cabbage mixture. Stir in mayonnaise. Toss lightly to coat vegetables. Cover and refrigerate.
