Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz cool whip
2 pkg instant coconut pudding
1 cup toasted coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and nuts. Press into a 13x9 baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
Cream cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip then spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate one hour
Mix pudding with milk then spread on top. Sprinkle toasted coconut on dessert. Refrigerate and serve.
